Recruitment Requirements

1. Native Japanese speaker

2. Able to communicate in simple English

3. 4-year university degree or higher

4. Applicants who meet any of the following criteria

– Completed a Japanese language education major or minor course

– Passed the Japanese Language Teaching Competency Examination

– Completed a 420-hour Japanese language teacher training course

– Applicants with the above-mentioned abilities

5. At least 2 years of experience as a Japanese language teacher and have excellent organizational and leadership skills

6. Able to flexibly accommodate online classes at home or face-to-face classes in the classroom

7. You have an understanding of the latest teaching methods and second language acquisition theory.

8. You can devote yourself to teaching Japanese to foreigners with consideration, cheerfulness, and politeness.

9. You have a strong sense of responsibility and support a student-centered educational approach.

10. You have a strong sense of ethics and excellent learning, communication, and adaptability.

11. You can understand and respect the differences between Japanese and foreign cultures and values.

1. Japanese language education for children and adults with emphasis on speaking and listening

4. Participation in seminars and training sessions to grow as a teacher

5. Creating classes where students can learn not only Japanese, but also Japanese culture, lifestyles, and customs
