Job Requirements

- Availability on the specified days and times for the duration of the course.

Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and reliable Business English Instructor to teach hotel staff in Tokyo. The ideal candidate will:
- Embrace and implement interactive teaching methodologies tailored to the needs of hospitality professionals.
- Customize and deliver lessons that help improve students' business English communication skills, specifically in roles such as front desk, concierge, and dining services.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adapting to various professional roles in the hotel.
- Be available to start in October 2024 and commit through at least the end of March 2025.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently create and conduct engaging lesson plans for hotel staff.
- Take responsibility for preparing and managing the course content, ensuring all lessons are aligned with the students’ roles and needs.
- Foster a positive and practical learning environment that boosts students' confidence in handling customer-facing situations.
- Collaborate with hotel management as needed to ensure the course is meeting the objectives.
- Participate in a short online training session to ensure preparedness for the lessons.
Support and Development:
- Be part of a professional team committed to continuous improvement.
- Receive preparatory training and ongoing support as needed.

Employment Details:
Working Hours:
- Course 1: Thursdays, 3:30 - 5:00 PM. This course consists of two separate one-on-one lessons (45 minutes each / total 90 minutes).
- Course 2: Tuesdays, 3:00 - 4:30 PM. This course includes three one-on-one lessons (30 minutes each / total 90 minutes).
- A total of 16 sessions for each course, starting from October 2024.
Remuneration:
- The pay ranges from 3200 yen to 3800 yen per hour + transportation, depending on experience.
- Transportation expenses are fully reimbursed.
Location:
- The position is based at a hotel located 1 minute from Tokyo Station.
