【No Overtime Policy】
We have abolished the traditional notion that "social service is volunteer work, so it's only natural to work overtime for free for the sake of users." Our policy is to avoid overtime as much as possible.
We are also implementing digitalization and AI to perform tasks more efficiently than the traditional analog methods, ensuring that work can be completed within regular working hours.
【Investment in Staff Skill Development】
To address concerns like "I'm unsure about continuing in the welfare industry" or "I'd like to develop a career in other industries," we offer training programs to equip employees with versatile business skills that are useful in any industry.
