- Active Directory, single sign-on, account creation for various business systems, permission change, deletion

Requirements
Must Possess
・ Experience of in-house help desk
・ Communication ability to understand and delve into the contents of inquiries from employees
・ Creation and maintenance of procedure manuals and knowledge
・ IT-related operations according to the procedure manual
・ Basic knowledge about Windows PC
Beneficial
・ Persons with qualifications (applied information engineer, basic information engineer, etc.)

・ Mac setup and management experience
