Job Description

Help desk business

  • Improved employee IT literacy
  • Responding to inquiries from employees
  • Recording and tabulation of inquiry contents
  • Proposal of inquiry reduction measures, improvement activities / device management
  • PC (Windows / Mac), iPhone, Android

Account management

  • Active Directory, single sign-on, account creation for various business systems, permission change, deletion

SaaS management

  • Office365, Gsuite, etc.
  • License management, setting change

Operation management of security products

  • Change of prohibition / permission setting
  • Monitoring, monitoring

IT service management

  • PC kitting, account issuance, etc. due to retirement
  • Workflow support * Since we recently introduced a new tool, you can also be involved in its development (workflow customization, FAQ maintenance).
  • Primary failure response


Must Possess
・ Experience of in-house help desk
・ Communication ability to understand and delve into the contents of inquiries from employees
・ Creation and maintenance of procedure manuals and knowledge
・ IT-related operations according to the procedure manual
・ Basic knowledge about Windows PC

・ Persons with qualifications (applied information engineer, basic information engineer, etc.)
・ Knowledge about Windows PC (master image creation / deployment, domain participation, group policy)
・ Mac setup and management experience
・ Experience in improving work efficiency and automation using scripts, etc.
・ Experience in operation management of G Suite
・ Knowledge of Windows Server (especially Active Directory)
・ Knowledge about networks (DNS, DHCP)
・ Experience in operation management of security products (firewall, etc.)
