We’re currently looking for full-time warehouse manager to join our team. Basic Japanese and fluent English is required for this position. This position is ideal for someone who can balance a fast-paced work environment with careful attention to detail and organization. As our warehouse manager, you will be a versatile asset to the team - this means one hour may be spent helping complete a physical warehouse task while another might be spent training or offering guidance to a staff member. Skills such as organization, critical thinking, and interpersonal communication are essential. Even more important is initiative and follow through - being proactive and dependable with staying on top of issues and finding solutions is an absolute must. Some tasks and expectations for this position include:
- Helping with a number of different warehouse tasks, like unboxing shipments, where and as needed
- Shelving and organization of the warehouse
- Monitoring work and maintaining efficient communication between warehouse and off-site employees
- Investigating issues on floor and helping to resolve questions, concerns, and mistakes
- Coordinating with management leaders of methods for leading warehouse team
- Determining objectives and ensuring achievement of targets to improve service and performance
No day is exactly the same, so we need someone who can meet the challenges of a growing warehouse. This job can be fast-paced and complex – since we’re a small team, each person plays a very important role. As this is a managerial position with a small team, experience as a supervisor/manager is required. Job Requirements
- Native Level English skills
- Basic Japanese (JLPT 4 or above)
- Can properly read and understand English text
- Proficiency in communicating ideas and problems in an efficient manner
- Computer skills (Typing, Low level Excel)
- Be able to use Google effectively
- Ability to work on your own
- Be well organized, focused and efficient
- Ability to take responsibility and solve problems

Working Days/Hours:
Monday to Friday: 40h/week
9:00 to 18:00 (negotiable) incl. 1h Lunchbreak
