Job Description
■ Location
You will be assigned to either a short stay, a pay nursing home, or a day service. If you are assigned to a short stay or pay nursing home, the night shift work will basically start 3 months to 6 months after you start working.
■ Details
We provide nursing care services for residents (meal assistance, bathing assistance, excretion assistance, recreation, etc. for residents). Please be assured that the instructor will carefully teach you the details of your work for a while after joining the company.
■ Responsibilities
You will be entrusted immediately after joining the company to perform nursing care work for residents (meal assistance, bathing assistance, excretion assistance, recreation, etc. for residents) together with the instructor. Basically, all the work will be instructed for a while, so if you have any questions, please feel free to ask a question.
■ Business to be entrusted in the future
In addition to nursing care for residents, you will be in charge of guidance for junior staff regardless of nationality.
