Job Responsibilities

1) Teach students programming using learning platforms catered to students age 7-18 years old
2) Guide elementary, middle and high school students to learn and develop positive attitudes with a high level of motivation in tech areas such as programming & robotics


Digital Creatives
1) Guide elementary, middle and high school students to develop an interest in creative expression in the field of digital arts (animations and video production)
2) Understanding of anatomy, anime and traditional 2D drawing skills.
3) Teach a variety of digital software including Adobe After Effects and Adobe Animate that will enhance the creativity and imagination of students as the principles of art are introduced

Job Requirements

1) A graduate or an individual currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM / Digital Arts / Video Production field

2) At least 1 year of working, teaching or volunteer experience in a STEM / Digital Arts / Video Production field

3) For Digital Creatives: Experience in 2D animation

4) Working professionals and graduate students are encouraged to apply

5) Native or Near Native Proficiency in English

6) Willing to commute to our office or schools in Tokyo to teach (for individuals living in or near Tokyo)

7) Good interpersonal skills to establish effective working relationships with teachers and school administrators

8) Creativity – able to think of new ways to engage students

9) You love learning and are not afraid to jump into new areas of development

10) Current students (Bachelors, Masters or PhD) are encouraged to apply


4000 yen per hour


  • Training is provided
  •  Contract length: 12 months
  • Part-time hours: minimum 3 hours per week
  • Female instructors are strongly encouraged to apply
