【 Job Description 】

They are currently looking for a Scala backend developer to help us launch a new service to support EC related systems.

Design and development of new features
・Detailed design, development, implementation, and maintenance

【Team Structure】
Members: 4 (including overseas office members)

【Development environment】
Programming language: Scala 2.13 and up
Framework: Akka cluster
API: Graphql, REST
DB: AWS keyspace (or any managed Cassandra)
Infrastructure: GCP (GKE, PubSub, Cloud Run, Cloud SQL)
VCS: Git
CI / CD: CircleCI
Communication tools: Slack
Project Management: JIRA with Agile Board
Document / Requirement Management: Confluence

【 Requirements 】

【Required】
・Sufficient knowledge of Scala
・3+ years of experience in backend development
・Interested in DDD, tiered architecture, microservices
・Interested in event-based architecture, event sourcing, and CQRS related methods.
・Motivated by high-traffic, low-latency systems
・Communication to explain technical details to non-technical members

【Preferred】
・Experience with e-commerce systems
・Experience with DevOps related technologies (Kubernetes, Service Mesh, etc.)
・Knowledge of system observability and auditing methods
・Knowledge of functional programming (zio, cats, etc.)
・Experience in system architecture design
