We are looking for front desk staff for an apartment hotel targeting families and group tourists coming from overseas.
The quality of the hotel’s interior and facilities, which can accommodate 4 to 6 people in a room, as well as the services and planning by the multinational staff, are attractive.

・English speaking ability TOICE 800 points approx.
・Japanese language ability: JLPT N2 or above
・Experience of using PC in business
※If you have the knowledge, you don’t need a certificate.
・Those who could able to provide a service that, the customers may want to visit many times.

Working hours and days:
Three shifts (60 minutes break), 8 hours/day
7:00 – 16:00 / 9:00 – 18:00 / 13:00 – 22:00

・Overtime work: Yes
・Equivalent hours of fixed overtime: 10 hours/month
Vacation and holidays :
・Holidays: 117 days per year
・Paid vacations: 10~ max.20 days
Wages and benefits:
Monthly salary: 200,000~ Basic salary: 185,900~ Including fixed overtime: 14,100~ per month
・Estimated annual salary: 2.8 million yen
・Monthly salary: 200,000 yen～
・Commuting allowance Fully paid (up to 30,000 yen per month)
・Overtime allowance Yes, fixed overtime rate, overtime will be paid separately
・Salary increase twice a year (July, January)

We currently operate a total of 19 facilities mainly in the urban areas of Tokyo, Kyoto, and Osaka.
As the hotels are targeted for long-term stays, the front desk staff will be closely involved with the guests for a long time.
Therefore, a high level of customer service is required, not only recommending sightseeing spots in Japan but also responding to various requests from guests, which provides an opportunity to acquire high communication skills.
There is also a career path for those who have acquired a certain level of skills as front desk staff to become hotel managers, and many HMs have actually been successfully promoted from FS.
As more hotels are scheduled to open in the future, we are at a point where the company is growing.
