Since we take care of small children, people who love working with kids and have experience are especially welcome!

English Conversation School Teacher

(1) Location

• The main office is located in Shinyurigaoka, Kanagawa (20min from central Tokyo, Shinjuku)
•  Our contracted kindergartens are located in Kanagawa and Tokyo area.

(2) Work conditions:

• 5 days /week （Sat + Sun day off）
• 8 hours/day (ex: 9am-5pm, 10am-6pm)

Class types:

• Morning: bigger classes (25~35 students) (10-30mins)
• Afternoon: smaller classes(3~10 students) (50-60mins)

Salary:

• 265,000 yen ～ 285,000 yen ※Every month fixed, determined by educational background.

Bonus:

• After completing contracts, your work is evaluated and given a bonus.

Holidays: 2 days/week, Golden week, National holidays, Summer holidays, Winter holidays and 10 paid holidays.

We encourage teachers to have a better understanding of the Japanese language and culture by reimbursing partial tuition fees for Japanese language school.

• Passing JPLT 3 and above adds an additional allowance every month.

Job Requirements

• Must love working with children
• Native level Speaker of English
• Energetic and enthusiastic
• Good understanding of cultural differences
• Commitment to the position at least one year
• Available for an in-person interview in Japan
