Job Description
We are Communa Inc., based in Sendai, Japan and working in areas of translation, marketing, and design. We are looking for someone who can work in our website building/management team for tourism-related website projects. An example of our work is the official tourism website for Miyagi Prefecture; Visit Miyagi (https://visitmiyagi.com/)
Job Overview
You do NOT need to have an actual website-building skills (coding, programming). The job's main duties include;
- Managing contents creation and writing
- Going to places and writing articles about them
- Translating from Japanese to English
- Coordinating and collaborating external writers and photographers
- Promoting the completed websites
Job Requirements
- Business-level Japanese (equivalent of JLPT N2 or above)
- Business-level English
- Basic knowledge/experience of website-building project
Not necessary, but plus
It is not a problem at all even if you don't possess the following abilities, but having one or more of the following will be a plus;
- Proficiency for languages other than Japanese and English
- Knowledge about Japan's Tohoku region
- Photography skills
- In-depth website-building skills/knowledge
- Business-level Korean
