Job Requirements
- Japanese N2 lower level or higher
- At least 3 years of experience in front-end engineering development for an in-house product
- Experience using modern JavaScript frameworks (*The company uses Vue.js, but React and Angular are also acceptable)
- Experience in a management role such as a leader
- 日本語N2下レベル以上
- 自社プロダクトでのフロントエンドエンジニア開発経験3年以上
- JavaScriptのモダンなフレームワークの使用経験（※会社ではVue.jsを使っていますが、React、AngularでもOK）
- リーダーなどのマネジメント経験がある方
Job Description
同社は軟で機動的な完全サブスク型の物流ロボティクスサービス：RaaS（Robotics as a Service）を展開しており、現在サービスは、「標準となる自社プロダクト開発（Raas）」と「自社プロダクトをカスタマイズしてご提案する個別開発」があります。
今回はこのRaasサービス側のフロントエンドエンジニアをご担当いただきます。現在フロントエンドエンジニアは社内にはおらず、全てベンダーに任せています。今回フロントエンドエンジニアとしてご入社いただき、会社のサービスを理解し、行う開発の要件・ガイドラインをまとめ、ベンダーに落し込み、管理をしていただくことが中心となります。
The company is developing a flexible, agile, and fully-subscribed logistics robotics service: Robotics as a Service (Raas), which currently includes "standard in-house product development (Raas)" and "individual development to propose customized in-house products.
This time, you will be in charge of front-end engineering for this Raas service. Currently, there is no front-end engineer in the company, and everything is left to the vendors. As a front-end engineer, you will be responsible for understanding the company's services, compiling the requirements and guidelines for the development to be carried out, and implementing and managing them to the vendors.
