Job Description

Anticipate customer needs and help customers succeed with MailMate.

Responsibilities, but not limited to:

  • Customer support: answer customer queries, anticipate customer needs, and communicate with customers about how to use MailMate.
  • Speak with prospective customers to help them understand the product and if MailMate will be helpful to them.
  • When not doing support, helping our team with market expansion by discussing our product with potential customers.
  • Mail operations: Mail scanning, managing, forwarding, and storing customer mail.
