We are looking for someone who can join our team here in Sennan City (Osaka) permanently. A strong love for Anime and Japanese sub-culture is definitely recommended to work with us.
The day-to-day activities are overseeing the process in the warehouse such as packing orders, creating shipping labels and such. At some point, the position will expand where you will need to be in charge and also lead/manage people. Additionally, you will be the connection between the office and the warehouse responsible for handling any issues that may arise quickly and efficiently.
The office part of your job would consist in answering customer emails and other related office work. Skills in photoshop etc. are a major plus. As we are experiencing rapid growth, we have started to develop and sell our own products as well, so an interest or even background in product sourcing is surely welcome.
Being located close to the Kansai Airport, this means you can even spend your Lunch breaks at the beautiful Marble Beach.
Work Schedule:
Work times are usually Tuesday to Saturday 9:30 to 19:00 with 1.5 hours break. (we ask you to be flexible if needed as some work weeks can be Monday to Friday with the same times)
Position type
This is a full-time permanent "seishain" position, with full benefits including a possible bonus. Depending on your performance, a raise of salary is definitely possible in the future.
