Job Description
【Responsibilities】
- Learning, executing, providing oversight and finally taking ownership of a number of administrative responsibilities and team management support tasks, including, but not limited to:
- Recruitment - Background checks
- Onboarding - Offboarding
- Organization chart maintenance
- GM assistance,
- ECM mail processing
- Company rules and policies :
- Coordinate and explain to the GM / Operations Director about the rules of the Tokyo office for Japanese and foreign employees.
- Create, implement, maintain and update the company rules and policies (ex: wiki).
- PEO-related support for employees living in foreign countries (Philippines, India, etc.)
- Understudying the Tokyo Office Management system and finding opportunities to take on more responsibilities or to streamline processes.
- Others :
- Event planning
- Public relations support
- Light Invoice treatment
【仕事内容】
- チームのマネジメントサポート： 求人、バックグラウンドチェック、オンボーディング、組織図のメンテナンス、オフボーディング
- 会社のポリシーやルールの整備：GMまたはオペレーションディレクターに、日本の従業員の東京オフィスの規則を説明、従事させる。 外国籍（フィリピン、インドなど）の従業員のPEO関係の支援
- オフィスマネジメント：ECMメールの処理。新会社をオンボーディング時に、数週間GMのタスクのサポート
- その他：イベント企画、広報活動サポート、請求管理など
