Job Description

和牛の輸出に関する業務をご担当いただきます。

輸出業務の一通りの流れを把握しだいたら、定型的な事務だけではなく、納期調整、新規問合せへの対応、価格交渉などもお任せしていきたいと考えています。
輸出国の拡大、進出などに対するご提案なども歓迎いたします。

You will be in charge of operations related to the export of Wagyu beef.

Once you understand the general flow of export operations, not only routine work,  we would like to have the employee to coordinate delivery dates, respond to new inquiries, and price negotiations. We also welcome proposals for expansion of export countries.

◎まずは、以下のような輸出に関する事務をお願いします。
・受発注
・納期調整
・コレポン(海外関係先との連絡)
・パッキングリスト、インボイス作成
・物流手配
・データ整理(月間の発注内容、価格など)
・書類ファイリング
・その他、電話や来客の応対などをお願いすることがあります。

◎ First of all, I would like to ask you to handle the following export-related affairs.
・Purchase Ordering
・Delivery adjustment
・Correspondence (contact with overseas related parties)
・Packing list and invoice creation
・Logistics arrangement
・Data organization (monthly order content, price, etc.)
・Document filing
・In addition, we may ask you to answer the phone or greet visitors.

給与等
月給　210,000円　～　280,000円　（※想定年収　2,520,000円　～　3,360,000円）
◎給与は能力、経験により決定いたします
◎業績、能力により昇給・賞与があります
◎契約社員　契約期間は3ヶ月 (以降1年ごと/原則更新)
◎通勤交通費支給 (上限あり)

We are an export company that supplies high quality Japanese beef to the international market. We have a wide network in the halal industry in Malaysia and Indonesia,
We are the largest exporter of Japanese halal-certified beef. Currently, we are also exporting to the Middle East and other regions.

Salary, etc. 
Monthly salary: 210,000 yen - 280,000 yen (*Assumed annual income: 2,520,000 yen - 3,360,000 yen)
*Salary will be determined based on ability and experience
◎Salary increases and bonuses are available depending on performance and ability
◎Contract employee　Contract period is 3 months (every year thereafter/renewal in principle)
◎Commuting transportation expenses (upper limit)
