Autocom Japan Inc. is a quality used car exporter operating worldwide with our main office based in Yokohama.
We are currently looking for new members for the Sales Support Team who will be entrusted with sales support and clerical work related to the export of cars in the overseas sales section.
As a member of our Sales Support Team, you will be entrusted with mainly administrative work related to sales support and exports, but it is not just a role to perform fixed "clerical" tasks .
As our business grows or the model changes, the number of vehicles we export is steadily increasing, so we need to be flexible, and you can also be involved in improving and changing the business flow.
- Main duties -
■ Payment and vehicle export status check and follow up
- Check each unit to see if it meets the export standards.
The points are whether the payment has been received, whether the regulations of each country have been cleared, whether a separate inspection before export is required, etc.
If there are any problems or questions, interaction and checks with the sales representative will be necessary (an average of 30-40 people per day).
■ Preparation and shipment of export documents
While confirming the export progress, confirm whether the documents necessary for export are complete, prepare and ship the export documents to to respective destinations.
■ Other miscellaneous tasks
- Responding to inquiries from customers, responding to requests from sales representatives, ordering insurance policies, issuing certificates of origin, preparing reports, etc. (You will be trained on how to do these tasks)

The salary is negotiable based on the work performance
Working Days / Hours :
Monday - Friday
Shift 1 : 09:00 - 18:00
Shift 2 : 10:00 - 19:00
Shift 3 : 11:00 - 20:00
