Job Requirements

【Essential requirements】

・More than 3 years' experience in front-end development using Javascript/Vue.js/React.js etc.
・Beginner's level of Japanese language business
∟Basically only communicate with internal engineers, but depending on your Japanese skills, there is a possibility of client support. (No client stationing)

 

【Welcome Attributes】

・Coding experience with responsive design
・Experience in coding with jQuery
・Experience in defining requirements, basic design and detailed design
・Team development of 3 or more people
・Understanding of version control and git.

【事業内容】

2016 年に設立し、企画から開発／運用まで、フルカバーで提供しているワンストップ型の IT システム開発事業を展開。
コンサルや企画などの上流工程から並走してサービスを提供しており、「IT コンサル」「適正コスト」「開発工程に必要な体制をすべて自社内に保持」という強みから、一貫したインテグレーション体制を持っています。

・クライアントからの直受け（プライム案件）のみ
・プロジェクト期間は案件によりますが数か月から 1 年程度です

【仕事内容】

フロントエンドのアーキテクチャの実装をお任せします。
Web サイトだけでなくモバイルデバイスやアプリケーションなど、手掛けるフロント／UI デザインは多岐に渡ります。案件ごとに 10 名前後のチームを組んで開発を推進する体制をとっています。そのため、デザイナーやサーバーサイドエンジニア、PM 等の色々なポジションの方々と協働で開発を進めて働ける環境なので、切磋琢磨し合いながらスキルを伸ばしていけます。

具体的な業務内容：
・完成イメージを元にマークアップやコーディング作業
・バグ修正作業
・ドキュメント作成／修正作業
・UI 設計／UX の提案
・PC 向けサイト／スマートフォン向けサイトの制作
・WEB アプリケーション開発など

【勤務地】東京都渋谷区

【給与】年俸制 380 万～800 万※固定残業代（45 時間）含む

【選考プロセス】
・書類選考（日本語レジュメ必須）※Github 情報やポートフォリオがあれば尚良し
・面接２～3 回※必要に応じてカジュアル面談、課題依頼あり
