Job Requirements
- More than 5 years experience in education, training, coaching
- Experience delivering and managing workshops to large groups of professionals
- Previous business experience in full-time employment other than the education industry
- Native level English
- Conversational level Japanese
- Currently living in Japan
- Valid working visa
- A flexible schedule Monday - Friday (with current availability) is an advantage
- Competence with MS Office
- Efficient and effective communication through Email, Teams, Zoom

Benefits
The base rate of pay is ¥4,074 per hour. This can increase depending on the complexity and length of the project we are delivering. Training people how to write an Email is an art form, but training people how to be a better leader in their organization requires experience and a wider range of skills.
In addition to a competitive rate of pay we have a wide variety of training topics on offer to our clients that challenge and expand the skill-set of all our consultants.
As global trends change our training evolves to match those needs, so it is a continual learning & development process for us all as consultants, coaches & facilitators.
