Job Requirements

【Required Skills】

• Japanese: Business level (able to communicate with customers)
• English or Chinese: Business level
• At least 3 year experience in one of the following (PC development OR embedded device development OR IoT related device development OR technical support)
• Experience as a technical support and sales engineer

【仕事内容】

セールスエンジニアとして、下記の業務を対応していただきます。

【技術サポート】

• 営業同行やオンラインミーティングの参加
• ハードウェア、ソフトウェアの技術要件の確認と説明
• お客様環境での実機検証サポート
• 製品テストや品質改善アクション、不具合検証などのレポート作成
• 海外製ベンダー製品の日本市場参入に向けた技術的フォロー
• 技術関連資料の作成（マニュアル、作業指導書等）

【新製品の開発サポート】

• 複数メーカーの製品を組みあわせた製品開発
• IoT 関連製品の開発
• 新製品開発に向けた企画開発 など

• 海外企業とのやり取りがあるため、語学力が活かせます。
• 最先端のハードウェアやソフトウェアの知識を身に付けることができます。

 

【勤務時間・曜日】

9：00～18：00 ※早朝出社、早期退社も可能

 

【休暇・休日】

土・日・祝日、年末年始休暇、有給休暇、慶弔休暇

 

勤務地:原則屋内禁煙

アクセス:最寄り駅：東京メトロ丸の内線『淡路町駅』A4出口 徒歩3分
