Job Description
You will work as a bridge engineer, and you will also connect the clients and our company's Vietnamese engineers. Below are some detailed tasks (only Japanese provided):
お客様とベトナムにある自社オフショア開発のベトナムエンジニアの間に入り、
ブリッジエンジニアとしてご活躍いただきます。
■顧客とのやり取り（営業の方と一緒にお客様に訪問し、要件をヒヤリングし、その後進捗管理などもお客様とやり取りいただきます。）
■ベトナム側の調整業務
プロジェクトにより、1プロジェクトの管理するエンジニアメンバーは2名～30名前後にもなります。また複数のプロジェクトを同時に管理します。
Job Requirements
・Native in Vietnamese
・Japanese N3 for internal communication
・English daily conversational level for internal communication
・Over 3 years of experience in development with PHP, Java, etc
・ベトナム語ネイティブ
・日本語N3レベル以上(社内コミュニケーション)
・英語日常会話(社内コミュニケーションは英語になります)
・PHP、JAVAなどのアプリケーション開発経験3年以上
