At Global Step Academy International School in Tachikawa, get the chance to educate children ages 2-6 using the International Early Years Curriculum in English. YOU EXPECT TO BE REWARDED with…

• COMPETITIVE PAY: ¥250,000 ~ ¥290,000 monthly salary. Depending on experience and qualifications (relevant Masters Degree, teaching certifications, and more than five years of teaching experience among children), you could expect the higher rate of the scale.
• AMPLE TIME OFF: Saturdays, Sundays, + 6 weeks of school holidays +Japanese National Holidays + personal leave days are generously available. No need for tug-of-war if you want to visit your home country or want to explore other parts of Japan with visiting family!
• WORK LIFE BALANCE: Early time off from work so you could still pursue hobbies and enjoy life in Japan! Work for just 8 hours work + 1 hour break (8:30 to 16:30) in a day, from Monday to Friday only. 
• EXTRA PERKS: Transportation fees reimbursement (up to 15,000/month) and half of your health insurance, pension, and unemployment insurance.
• PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITIES: Opportunity to join teacher training with other part-time and full-time staff. Through this training, you could build new connections, improve your craft through info exchange of best practices in teaching, and receive a training certificate to add to your teaching portfolio.
