Job Requirements:

●Valid working status of residence in Japan
●Japanese ability sufficient for communicating with house guests
●Self-sufficient and flexible within the role
●Being a professional who is passionate about travel (in particular Hokkaido)
●Enthusiastic about sharing knowledge of local attractions with our guests

As an Operations Staff member your roles will include:
●Assisting with check-in and check-out at reception and front-of-house
●Food and drink preparation in the restaurant and bar
●Management of food and drink sales
●Planning and attracting customers to open-space events held at the cafe
●Operations and part-time staff scheduling
●Taking responsibility for stock ordering from vendors
