Job requirements
The ideal candidate would,
● Have previous hotel front desk experience (full time or part-time).
● Possess N2 Japanese certification or higher.
● Have a passion for Yokohama and a keen desire to share it
● Be willing to learn the Japanese concept of 'Omotenashi
● Have previous experience with the OPERA system.
Job description
●As a front desk staff, your roles will include: check in and check out of guests.
● Sharing of local knowledge about the Yokohama area, as well as explaining the hotel facilities with guests
● Day-to-day room control
