Job Description:

- Provide first-level IT support to clients
- Coordinate with the client’s local office & headquarters on escalated issues, projects and upgrades
- Conduct overall IT audits and maintain IT inventory records
- Documentation and Analysis

仕事内容：

-クライアントに第1レベルのITサポートを提供する。
-エスカレートされた問題、プロジェクト、アップグレードについて、クライアントのローカルオフィスおよび本社と調整する。
-全体的なIT監査を実施し、ITインベントリレコードを維持する。
-ドキュメンテーションと分析。
