Job Description

JLE Japan are currently looking for dynamic individuals to join their ALL-STAR team working on various international sporting events, including the Rugby World Cup 2019. 
 
Project/Venue/Operation Managers - we are looking for individuals for the following positions for an upcoming international sporting event who are available between 30^th September and 11^th October 2019:

• Manage Team transport logistics, itinerary, vehicle requirements and change requests. 
• Stationed at each hotel to manage fleet transfers. Liaison between the clients, the company, hotel event team and forecourt managers. Managing the facilitation of booked vehicles, tour departures and Meet & Greet staff.   
• Managing the facilitation of booked VIP and group tours and restaurant dining as well as tour guides schedule and special requirements. 
• Managing the facilitation of booked vehicles for the training and match venues.  Liaison between the client, teams, the company and venue event team and other departments.
• Stationed at the venue to manage fleet going in and out of the venue, and to communicate with Team Liaisons for arrival and departures to and from venue. 

 
Required skills and competencies:

• Organised, adaptable and flexible
• Outgoing personality willing to get the job done

 
Pay: ¥45,000 per day
Location: Tokyo

Must have the legal right to live and work in Japan.
