5 min from Azabu Jyuban, 10 min from Roppongi station we are located in the heart of Tokyo providing fun English education for early learners.
We are looking for a bilingual (JP and ENG) Sales/Business Development/Teacher.
Benefits
- Flexible working hours (core time is 10:00-19:00 5 days a week but we only have classes at 15:00-18:20 on weekdays and 9:45-16:00 on Saturdays). Other time is spent preparing, cleaning, planning business strategy. ※ class hours are subject to change
- Small (max 7 kids) , clean (building built within 7 yrs) , and safe classrooms
- Less eikaiwa, singing and dancing. More Art, experiment and crafts
- Bonus can be paid based on increase in profit ※to be negotiated
- We will subsidies 50% of learning courses if we agree it is required/beneficial for the job.
Job Requirements
- Must be able to speak and write Japanese and English
- Must hold a valid visa and reside in Japan (and can commute to the class)
- Must be able to work on Saturdays (other 5 days can chosen e.g. Tues, Wed, Thurs, Fri and Sat)
- Experience with children and interest in early childhood education preferred
