職務内容
We are looking for experienced Japanese Speaking Client Relations Representatives to join our Japanese Department in Dubai, UAE.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Perform outbound calls to existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction through professional communication
- Actively engage with new client leads and convert them to new clients according to regulations
- Assist clients with the account opening and first deposit
- Achieve personal and team sales targets on a consistent basis as outlined by the Head of Sales
- Maintain high levels of client acquisition, retention, and reactivation
