- Those who are not native English speakers must meet the following requirements:
- Must have completed at least 12 years of education in English as a first language.
- Be able to present a test score or certificate that proves proficiency equivalent to or better than: (CEFR) C2 - "Proficiency" (C2 - "Enthusiasm") or International English Language Testing System (IELTS) score of 8.0 or higher

The teaching position is to teach English lessons at school childcare centers that take care of children in English and teach them the joy of English through play.
