職務要件
- Proficient in Japanese and English
- 1 year experience in the travel and tourism industry
- E-Commerce experience is not required but would be highly valued
- Highly self-motivated and able to operate with minimal oversight
- If you are not a native-born or permanent resident, you should be able to manage any visa/residency issues independently.
職務内容
Responsibilities:
- Manage reservations and any customer support issues.
- Outreach for new transport operators and service providers. Contract negotiation and onboarding.
- Develop the domestic market
- Analysis and improvement of existing inventory
- Understanding of industry trends such as the competitive landscape and general business ecosystem.
- Work closely with other departments - Marketing, Inventory, Support, and Affiliate
- Identify and pursue potential new revenue and marketing channels
