職務内容
We are looking for staff to work with the operation of lodging facilities at the "Amakusa Onsen Hotel," a lodging facility operated by the company. The successful applicant will be in charge of all reception duties as front desk staff, including check-in/check-out duties, reservation reception duties, and duties to respond to guests.
It is possible that you will be in charge of the general training and management from front desk staff to assistant manager, manager, etc. .(In the past, a Vietnamese employee who joined the company as a front desk staff was promoted to manager.)
Shift time location
①18:00-17:00,
②11:00-20:00,
③17:00--8:00 (on duty)
Break times: 1 and 2 = 60 minutes, 3 = 420 minutes
Monthly remuneration: approx. 200,000 yen, 107 days off per year, shift system (21.5 working days per month)
Employment insurance, workers' accident compensation insurance, health insurance, and employee pension insurance
Commuting allowance: 3,000 yen
Location: Amakusa in Kumamoto Prefecture
