We would like to interview instructors who meet the following requirements:

• Must be a native English speaker
• Currently hold a valid visa or permission to work (visa sponsorship is available)
• Hold a BA/BS university degree or higher
• Experience in teaching business communication classes and/or university classes
• Must live in or around Tokyo
• Preferable to have lived in Japan for 12 months or longer
• Preferable prior university teaching experience or corporate training
• TEFL/TESL/TESOL/CELTA qualification a plus

職務内容

ALC Education Inc., based in Ichigaya, Tokyo with branches in Osaka, Fukuoka and Nagoya, is looking for experienced native English-speaking instructors to teach accredited and test prep courses at universities in the Tokyo area. Positions available at various universities

These are the terms for the position:

• Approximately 25 teaching hours a week
• Guaranteed monthly salary
• Base salary calculated as an average of  9 months full salary (290,000) during the academic calendar year / 3 months half salary (145,000) during school inactive time.
• 10 days paid vacation after 6 month probation
• Transportation paid
