Operations Manager
J-Navigator designs and operates a large portfolio of guided and independent tours to Japan for travelers from Germany, Austria and Switzerland. As a global company with a steadily growing international team, we operate on a B2B level with offices in Berlin (Germany) and Kyoto (Japan).
For our Kyoto office we are currently looking for an Operations Manager reporting to the Director of Operations.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Management and supervision of operational departments in Japan together with the Ground Operations Manager
- Ensure adequate and cost-effective management of all operations
- Improve operational management systems and processes
- Liaison with German Business Partners & Companies
- Final Check of services and reservations for tours
- Operations overview during tours
- Guide contact on site
- Emergency contact person for guests on site
- Handling of complaints and feedback to German business partners
