職務要件

**Required Qualifications:**

- Proficiency in Japanese at a business intermediate level or above.

- Business-level English proficiency.

- Experience in WEB development (any language).

- Experience as a BrSE or experience in advancing development or projects with overseas teams in English.

- Experience in managing teams, such as PL or PM roles.

 

**Desired Qualifications:**

- Experience in code review.

- Experience in specification formulation.

- Development and design experience using Laravel.

- Experience using Docker for the development environment.

- Knowledge of infrastructure configuration using AWS.

- Experience managing code with IaC (Infrastructure as Code).

- Understanding and experience with DevOps.

- Experience in Agile development.

職務内容

We are recruiting PMs and BrSEs who work in collaboration with our offshore bases in Southeast Asia. After establishing a base in the Philippines last year, we are now considering expanding to Vietnam. We are in the phase of expanding our overseas bases and welcome those with a venture spirit who want to be involved in launching new businesses and leading as core members.

Our clients are Japanese companies. Meetings with clients are conducted in Japanese, while instructions and progress management for offshore are in English. Our company aims to contribute to the development of the countries we expand to, respecting their culture, rather than just offering cheap offshore development.

Currently, we only have a base in the Philippines, but we plan to expand our bases in Southeast Asia. If you are interested in expanding to new countries, please consider joining us.

Main tasks include communication with clients, system design, instructions to the Philippines side, task management, development progress management, and quality control.

We are in charge of development for various projects in education, medical, and local governments.
