  • Upper middle level of Japanese language ability (approximately N3-N2)
  • Skills related to product development in the industries of automotive, machinery, equipment, etc.
  • These experience are also highly welcome: Designer or design assistant in creating screen, CAD operator, product development especially in terms of design, quality assurance, product engineer, manufacturing technology, etc. at a manufacturing company.
  • Experience in basic research, commercialization as well as mass production of technology.
  • The abilities of communication, cooperation, self-discipline, as well as positive attitude


Sector of Product Development

  • Automotive industry, for example: EVs, FCHVs, Hybrid Cars (standard and large-sized), etc.
  • Equipment industry, for example: medical , telecommunications, transportation, railroad , marine , space and aeronautical, semiconductor, home appliances, etc.

Sector of Business

  • Utilization of 3D/CAD for the improvement or modification of the existing products.
  • Analysis, experiment, evaluation, quality assurance, etc.
  • Collaboration with the other departments, for example: the team of electronic, software, etc.
  • The most suitable project will be decided by interview based on the skills, experience and aptitude.

Examples of projects

  • Automotive body design for EVs, layout drawing for automobile interiors, 3D modeling design for 2-wheeled engine parts, modeling design for notebook PCs, and 3D modeling design for medical equipment.
  • Design assistance for newly developed robots, etc.
