Must be a native speaker of English and possess 3 years of experience working with students in an Early Childhood setting. Candidates should have a genuine love of working with children and passion for creativity.

職務内容

Preschool & Kindergarten teachers at FLIST are expected to support the academic, moral, social, physical, and creative development of students aged 0 - 8 years old. Teachers must have the capacity to plan and execute cross-curricular, differentiated, and thematic lessons in our holistic curriculum framework. Teachers are also expected to have the capacity to teach a wide variety of independent subjects such as Phonics, Literacy, Math, Science, Art, and PE. In addition to lesson planning and teaching duties, teachers are also tasked with extraneous duties such as: park monitoring, events planning, lunch monitoring, toilet training, classroom decorating, field trip planning and more.

Schedule
Monday - Friday from 8:30am - 5:30pm.

Teachers will also be asked to rotate to cover Saturday School approximately once per month. The total working days will remain just 5 per week.

Salary & Benefits

• ¥250,000 - ¥300,000 starting monthly salary
