[Job Description]

LDE Corp is looking for like-minded individuals to join the ranks of our operation in Sakai. We are a budding company that deals in the export of fashion and hobby goods and are looking to hire for the position of marketing. We focus on E-commerce, social media and live video sales as our main sales platforms. Having a firm understanding of SEO optimization, social media, e-commerce and being comfortable behind the camera is a must! The industry is exciting, and there is an opportunity for growth here!

[Job Responsibilities]

• Managing and maintaining SEO optimization for our e-commerce site
• Managing multiple SNS platforms, generating growth, and increasing engagement
• Creating content for our multiple SNS accounts, as well as our e-commerce site blog
• Creating and managing our promotional campaigns
• Creating and managing our promotional mailers
• Marketing research

[About our Office]

• Less than 20 employees
• Average age of employees: 35 years old
• Multinational team: Japan, USA, France, Brazil, South Africa, Korea
• Casual dress code. Nail art, piercings, tattoos and dyed hair allowed.
• Break room / Kitchen: Fridge, microwave, TV, sofa, table, kettle bottle, board games

[Working Days & Hours]

• Working days: 5 days a week
• Working hours: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (1-hour break)
• Day offs/Holidays: Two days a week and Japanese national holidays

[Salary]

• 250,000 yen per month + Benefits
• Probationary Period:
  3 months (subject to shortening or extending depending on your performance)
  Salary during the probationary period: ¥225,000 per month

• プロモーションメールの作成と管理

月額250,000円 + 交通費（上限25,000円/月）

[試用期間]

3ヶ月（状況に応じて短縮または延長される可能性があります） 試用期間中の給与：月額225,000円
