• Basic PC skills (Mainly Excel and PowerPoint)
• A driver's license is a plus (Not necessary to drive a manual transmission)

職務内容

A company that designs, manufactures, installs, and maintains of various tanks is seeking staff to act as a point of contact for overseas companies.  The position mainly involves taking sales orders and administration for oil storage, panel tanks, etc.

【Main Job Description】

• Contact point for overseas companies
• Sales operations
• Preparation of quotations
• Preparation of contracts
• Interpretation and Translation (Japanese ⇔ English)
• Preparation of materials, etc.

【Work Hours】

• 8:25~17:45
• 5 days in a week
• Days off: Saturday/Sunday/Public holiday
• Bonus/Promotion

主に油庫、パネルタンクなどの受注営業、営業事務に携わっていただきます。

・海外企業の窓口
・見積書作成
・契約
・通訳、翻訳（日本語⇔英語）
・資料作成など

 

【勤務時間】

・8:25~17:45
・週５日勤務
・休日：土曜日、日曜日、祝日
・ボーナス・昇給あり
