Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and reliable educator passionate about teaching young children aged 3 to 6. The ideal candidate will:

• Embrace and implement innovative teaching methodologies.
• Customize and deliver a curriculum tailored to students' individual learning levels.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills.
• Be available to start in July 2024 with training and commit through at least the end of March 2025.

Employment Details:

Working Hours:

• The role requires working two days a week.
• Each workday includes three 30-minute lessons back to back, from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM.
• This totals six classes per week and eight days per month (approx. 48 classes a month depending on school's official schedule).

Remuneration:

• The pay ranges from 2,000 yen to 4,000 yen per class, based on experience and qualifications. Approximately 96,000 yen to 192,000 yen monthly before taxes (calculations based on the minimum and maximum rate per class).
• Transportation expenses are fully reimbursed.
• Performance-based wage increases are available.

• The position is based in Matsudo City.
