We are looking for staff to work at "Ginza 300BAR," Japan’s oldest standing bar, which opened in 1992 as a casual bar located in the prime area of Ginza.

Our Mojito is the only one in Japan to receive official recognition from the Cuban Embassy and has been featured in numerous media outlets. After the challenges of the pandemic, we are returning to our roots by focusing on offering affordable, high-quality products and exceptional hospitality. We are strengthening our operational foundation and looking for people to join us in this exciting restart!

Many of our customers are international, so foreign language skills can be a great asset.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience working in the food and beverage industry (Required)
• Bartending or cooking experience is a plus
• Experience as a store manager is highly preferred
• Proficiency in languages (English or others) is welcomed

Working Hours & Days:
Shift-based schedule with two days off per week
Example shifts:
① 14:00 - 23:00
② 15:00 - 00:00

Holidays:

• Shift-based with two days off per week
• Summer vacation: 3 to 5 days (depending on years of service)
• New Year’s holiday: January 1st to January 3rd
• Bereavement leave

Location:
You will work at one of the three Ginza 300BAR locations:

• 5-chome location: 2-minute walk from Ginza Station, A3 exit
• 8-chome location: 2-minute walk from Shimbashi Station, Ginza exit
• NEXT location: 4-minute walk from Hibiya Station, A4 exit

Salary:
Includes fixed overtime pay. Monthly salary: ¥300,000 to ¥400,000
Fixed overtime pay of ¥50,000 to ¥80,000 for 35 hours is included. Any overtime beyond 35 hours will be paid additionally.
