職務内容

Sakura Hotel, Hostel & Café Restaurant is looking for foreign staff to work in various areas of our hotel, café and restaurant operations.

About Sakura Hotel, Hostel and Cafe
Founded 32 years ago, we provide accommodation services for inbound travelers from around the world at our hotel and hostel. The first floor of the hotel offers a café and restaurant where hotel guests can relax and socialize. This café/restaurant is also available for use by non-staying guests.

We take pride in offering friendly, comfortable service where guests can feel at ease. Our goal is to remain a bridge fostering a warm, global sense of friendship and connection between travelers from around the world. We hope to continue passing on this international sense of connection and cultural exchange to the next generation through our services.

【Hotel Duties】

Support for reservation management
Customer service (in-person, via email, and phone in both Japanese and English)
Concierge duties (tourist information, general guest support)
Thorough cleaning of the premises, including indoor areas, outdoor surroundings, and the back of the house
Support in event planning and management (cultural exchange events, world cooking events, etc.)
Managing and supporting SNS and blog posts
(If interested, you can also get involved in store management as you become more familiar with the job)

【Café/Restaurant Duties】

General hall service (customer service including cashiering and serving)
Simple food preparation
Support for menu development

Part-time (with opportunities for full-time promotion)

● Salary
¥1,400 per hour (¥1,300 per hour during the training period)

● Days Off & Holidays
Two days off per week (shift system, including weekends and holidays)

● Working Hours
(1) 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
(2) 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
(3) 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM
(4) 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM (no break)
(5) 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Or between 12:00 AM and 11:59 PM, working a minimum of 5 hours
Shift system, breaks according to legal requirements
Break time: 60 minutes
Number of working days: 3-5 days per week
