Life Support Work at Group Home UHMY
- Assistance with daily activities
- Once you become accustomed to the role, you will also be responsible for the following tasks:
- Creating individual care plans
- Monitoring and managing the condition of residents
- Supporting residents in their daytime activities
- Meetings and coordination with relevant parties, etc.
