- Bachelor’s degree
- 1-year minimum contract
Bonus Qualifications:
- Diploma in Education (IB certification is a plus)
- Experience in childcare
- Preferred: 2-3 years of teaching experience
- Preferred: Japanese language skills

We connect passionate educators with top schools in Japan. After a personalized interview to understand your background and skills, we’ll introduce you to our trusted clients who are looking for English teachers for preschools and kindergartens.
Locations: Tokyo and Kanagawa area
Hours: Weekdays 9:00 to 18:00
Classes: Preschool or Kindergarten (Ages 2 to 5)
Salary: ¥250,000 - ¥300,000 / month
Transportation: Covered up to ¥15,000/month
Holidays: Weekends (except for school events), National Holidays, and Company Designated Holidays
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the English curriculum for your school
- Teach fun lessons combining crafts, science, math, music, etc.
- Collaborate with other teachers on performances and sports day events
- Document and report student progress to parents
- Take on childcare responsibilities, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for students
