職務内容
Join MailMate and work in English in Japan in an English focused sales role.
- Our team meets and interacts with potential clients regularly. These clients are foreigners in Japan or coming to Japan.
- Teammate will have opportunities to sell our services to customers who sign-up for our platform. This is ideal for someone who is excited to interact with people.
- Teammate will be expected to work with marketing and operations teams to ensure proper onboarding and execution of work for English speaking clients.
- Ideal for someone who wants to be in Japan but is limited by the Japanese speaking language barrier. Sales experience is not required or expected--teammate will be trained on the job.
The role follows a base compensation structure followed by performance based commission. Visa sponsorship for someone already in Japan is possible. Role will start with a trial followed by full-time hiring upon successful completion of the trial period (90 days).
