職務内容

The position is in a company that sends electricity to cities all over Japan and distributes electricity to large buildings, schools, and everyone's homes.

★ What kind of work will you do specifically? ★
・Installation of boilers and air conditioning equipment in hot spring towns
・Carrying in and assembly
・Assembling a large scoreboard for a professional baseball field
・Adjust the hospital's testing equipment so that doctors can use it.
・If there is a request from the customer, we will go to the field survey and be in charge of the actual construction
・Electrical work
・Welding work, etc.
It's an interesting and rewarding company for those who like manufacturing and messing with machines.

★ Holidays ★
Basically, the company is closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
In weeks with public holidays, you may go to work on Saturdays.

★ Various allowances are available ★
・Qualification allowance: Monthly payment of 500 yen to 20,000 yen depending on the qualifications held
・Livelihood allowance: Depending on the number of dependents, the 1st person is paid 12,500 yen, plus 6,000 yen (no upper limit) for the 2nd person and beyond (no upper limit)
・Commuting allowance: paid according to distance in the case of transportation expenses or transportation equipment (upper limit of 50,000 yen)
・Job Allowance: Monthly payment to managers and above
・Construction allowance: 5,000 yen per month is paid to employees engaged in external construction work

★具体的にどんなお仕事をするの？★
・温泉街のボイラーや空調設備の設置
・搬入組み立て
・プロ野球場の大型スコアボードの組み立て
・病院の検査機器を調整し、お医者さんが使えるようにする。
・お客様から依頼があれば現地調査に行き、実際の工事まで担当
・電気工事
・溶接作業など
モノづくり、機械いじりが好きな方にとっては面白くやりがいのある会社です。

★お休みについて★
基本的には土・日・祝がお休みですが
祝日のある週は土曜日出勤となる場合があります。

★様々な手当あり★
・資格手当：保有資格に応じて毎月500円～20,000円の支給
・生計手当：扶養家族数に応じて、1人目12,500円、2人目以降プラス6,000円(上限なし)がを毎月支給
・通勤手当：交通機関の費用もしくは交通用具の場合に距離に応じて支給されるもの(上限50,000円)
・役職手当：係長以上の役職者に月ごとに支給
・工事手当：外部工事作業に従事する社員に月5,000円が支給
