Position: Semi Full-Time or Part-Time Store & Sales Staff

Salary:

• Hourly wage: ¥1,400–
• Commuting allowance available (per regulations)
• Promotion and pay raise systems available (per company policy)

Work Schedule & Hours:

• 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM
• 4 days a week or more, 6–8 hours per day

■ Long-term Part-time (Early Shift/Late Shift):

Part-Time:

• Early Shift: 07:00–16:00
• Late Shift: 16:00–23:00
• At least 2 days per week, 2 hours per day or more
• Less than 100 hours per month

■ Full-Time:

• 07:00–23:00
• 6–8 hours per day
• Please consult for 4–5 days per week.
• 100 hours or more per month

• All aspects of store operations including: offering excellent customer service, sales, cashier operations, product organization and restocking, and assisting with fitting room needs.
• Approach customers who seem to need assistance, and actively respond to their needs, such as helping them find the perfect fit, color, or material.

Orientation Training:
Before starting, you’ll participate in an orientation to help you get acquainted with the role and your team, ensuring a smooth start.
