職務内容

XLingual is a small but growing language teaching company in the lovely, green city of Nagakute, Aichi Prefecture. We are looking for an enthusiastic, preferably female, native English speaker who is passionate about languages to join our small team. For someone who shares our devotion to both language teaching and learning and wants to play an active, impactful role in the exciting aspects of growing a company (marketing, sales, event production and customer service), this is the perfect opportunity.

We are currently looking for someone to work 29 hours per week for a salary of ¥220,000 per month with perks & annual raises based on performance.

As a part of the XLingual team, you will:

Teach group and private English lessons to professional adults

Teach some teen and children's classes

Be active in weekly marketing meetings

Be engaged in marketing and sales

Focus on delivering excellent customer service

Assist in organizing engaging language focused events such as wine tastings, workshops, and more

Hopefully learn Japanese with our staff member
