職務要件
・Experience as a manager or supervisor in the reservation and/or conference/event sales department in the hotel/leisure sector.
・Both Japanese and English must be at a business level or higher
・People with leadership skills
・Those who have analytical skills
職務内容
[Job Description]
・Building relationships with group lodging/conference/event (GCE) stakeholders, customer service, sales techniques, and invoice creation
Create a culture of high quality standards in contract processing.
・BEO (banquet event order) and tour memo (group accommodation arrangement) that make it easy for the operation team to move around
Create and circulate in a timely manner.
・Understand the project status of subordinates and implement appropriate advice and support.
・Build good relationships with each department in the hotel and create an environment where subordinates can work comfortably.
