Job Requirements

Must:
・Have minimum of 2 years of experience teaching English (any level, any school setting, ALT experience is also okay) or similar experience in English educational material development
Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Want:
・Have spent time formally studying test development and/or evaluation
・Experience making and administering tests and collecting, evaluating and analyzing the results
・Experience editing English contents
・Familiarity with statistics"

Job Description

The Test Development Specialist will be responsible for:
・Working with e-learning/e-testing programs like CASEC and developing further programs using item response theory
・Developing the next generation of tests and provide data analysis and consulting services
・Work as an outsourcer to provide test management, delivery and scoring to clients"
