職務内容

English Spot is looking for passionate, energetic, and committed teachers to join our growing team. This position is ideal for educators who genuinely enjoy working with children and want to make a meaningful impact in early childhood education through a fun, interactive, and immersive English environment.

At English Spot, teachers are more than instructors, they are mentors, role models, and active participants in each child’s growth and development. Our classrooms combine academics, communication, creativity, music, movement, and hands-on learning to create a positive and engaging educational experience for children ages 3–12.

Teachers are responsible for leading their classroom while following the school curriculum and collaborating closely with the educational team and administration. We value educators who are proactive, communicative, and committed to supporting students academically, socially, emotionally, and physically.

Day-to-day activities include:

• Leading interactive English lessons and STEAM-based activities
• Singing songs, storytelling, phonics, and language development activities
• Engaging students through indoor and outdoor play
• Supporting students’ communication, social-emotional, and gross motor skill development
• Supervising routines such as lunch time, clean-up, transitions, and potty training support when necessary
• Creating a safe, warm, and positive classroom environment
• Collaborating with fellow teachers to ensure smooth class flow and student well-being
